My ROFL choker was an attempt to make swirls out of wire, but I overcomplicated things by doubling up the wire before shaping it. This time I went simple, and I'm pretty happy with the result.
Fake red velvet, embroidery floss (I love the contrast between the floss and the cloth), wire and chain. And faux typerwriter keys, of course. Expect to see these crop up a lot more often, now that I know how to make them.
