Steampunk Amulet

I only make these amulets once in a blue moon; having to cut the spaces for these odd-shaped bits of watches takes a long time. I think the effect is worth it though, especially when I find watch pieces that are so nice and shiny like these ones are.

The backing for this is one of my last pieces of mulberry wood a friend gave me when they had to cut down a mulberry tree in their yard. If anyone has a lead on more of this stuff then please leave a comment and let me know; it's got a lovely color, and it smells very faintly of mulberries.
